The challenge is open to all Tsekmo app users globally.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
​Employees of Tsekmo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1 Point: For each bathroom reported.
2 Points: For each bathroom fixed as a result of the report.
2 Additional Points: When the entity responsible for the bathroom verifies it within the Tsekmo Entity App.

Bathrooms can be reported multiple times by different users if the issue remains unresolved.
Reports should include clear and accurate information about the bathroom's location and condition.
​Users should report in good faith, avoiding duplicate or misleading reports.

The bathroom owner (Entity) will be notified once a bathroom is reported and encouraged to sign up for the Tsekmo Entity App.
The Entity must use the Tsekmo Entity App to acknowledge the report and fix the bathroom issue.
​Once the Entity uses the link in the message of the bathroom reporter and fixes the issue and confirms it via the app, 2 points will be awarded.
​Additional 2 points will be rewarded to the bathroom reporter if the entity verified itself as a real entity in Tsekmo.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 10 participants globally based on the highest points accumulated.
1st Place: $10,000
2nd to 5th Place: $2,500 each
6th to 10th Place: $1,000 each
The top contributor in each participating country will receive $100.
​In the event of a tie, the prize will be split evenly among the tied participants.

Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations.
Tsekmo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior.
​Tsekmo reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time.

By participating in the Tsekmo Global Clean Bathroom Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acceptance of Rules: You agree to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined above. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Eligibility: You confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for participation.
Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your reports. Tsekmo reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all reports.
Use of Data: Tsekmo may use your data, including reports and participation details, for the purpose of administering the challenge and improving the Tsekmo app and services.
Prize Distribution: Prizes will be distributed within 30 days after the challenge ends. Tsekmo reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of prize winners before issuing rewards.
Disqualification: Tsekmo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise disrupts the integrity of the challenge.
Modification: Tsekmo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or legal requirements.
​Limitation of Liability: Tsekmo is not responsible for any technical failures, data loss, or other issues that may occur during participation. Tsekmo's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Personal Information: We collect your name, email address, and any other personal information you provide when signing up for the Tsekmo app and participating in the challenge.
Usage Data: We collect data related to your use of the Tsekmo app, including reports submitted, points accumulated, and participation in the challenge.
​Location Data: If you enable location services on your device, we collect and use location data to identify the bathrooms you report.

Challenge Administration: Your data is used to administer the Tsekmo Global Clean Bathroom Challenge, including tracking participation, awarding points, and distributing prizes.
Service Improvement: We use your data to improve the Tsekmo app and services, including analyzing user behavior and feedback.
​Communication: We may use your email address to communicate with you about the challenge, app updates, and other related information.

Third Parties: We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to administer the challenge or comply with legal obligations.
​Entities: If you report a bathroom, your report details (excluding personal identifiers) may be shared with the Entity responsible for that bathroom.

We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Access: You have the right to access your personal data held by Tsekmo.
Correction: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal limitations.
